This video also explains that after a caregiver confirms a shift, the confirmation is reflected across CareSmartz360 portals. The system also records the caregiver’s name, confirmation time, and how the confirmation was made. A confirmation indicator is also shown in scheduling and Time Tracking views.
Voice Bot Logs give teams another way to keep track of these calls. Each log can show the office and territory, client and schedule details, caregiver name, call time, confirmation status, response status & the conversation transcript. Teams can open a log to review the full conversation and confirmation details.
The result is a simpler way to handle a daily task. Rather than calling caregivers one by one and tracking responses, teams have a record of each confirmation. This makes it easier to see what has been confirmed and where a follow-up may still be needed.
